Description

The Crosman 2240 "Rat Buster" is a full-powered CO2 air pistol with 5.5 ft/lbs of energy - just below the UK legal limit, meaning that vermin can be shot at ranges of up to 10 metres. The pistol is cocked and loaded through a positive and easy-to-use bolt action system, with pellets loaded directly into the rifled steel barrel. This makes the Crosman 2240 a quick and easy pistol to reload - excellent for when that follow-up shot can make all the difference. Using a 12g CO2 capsule as the propellant, up to 50 shots can be achieved per capsule. Each capsule is loaded into the chamber below the barrel and tightened up with the cap to pierce the end and release the CO2. This is a simple and low-maintenance air pistol. With a crisp and clean release on the 2-stage trigger, and a strong crossbolt manual safety to prevent accidental firing, the Crosman Ratbuster is a joy to shoot and very easy to adjust and customise. I'm currently thinning out my collections as the wife says I can't have more guns than she has shoes, and she really doesn't need more shoes, so some have to go.
